2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the buyer electronically through the seller's website.

3. Product and Payment Information

The type, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the products ordered are determined according to the information confirmed by the buyer during the ordering process.

Payment is processed through a secure payment infrastructure (iyzico).

4. Delivery and Performance

Orders are prepared and shipped within [1-3 business days] after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's country and the shipping company.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must:

• in a resalable condition

6. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Products made to order

• Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

7. Return Process

Once the returned product reaches the seller, the necessary checks are carried out, and if found to be satisfactory, a refund is issued.

8. Force Majeure

Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond the seller's control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or shipping delays.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply.

10. Entry into force

By placing an order through the website www.desigualdad.design, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
