    📄 1. Sales Agreement (Terms & Conditions) Parties This agreement is concluded between www.desigualdad.design ("Seller") and the customer who places an order through the website ("Buyer"). Subject This agreement governs the terms and conditions for the sale of handmade jewelry and accessories. Order and Payment The buyer adds the selected products to their cart and pays by credit/debit card at checkout. Payment is processed securely through the PayTR platform. Payment must be confirmed for the order to be processed. Delivery Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days following payment confirmation. The average delivery time is 7-14 days for international deliveries and 2-5 days for domestic deliveries. Cargo tracking information is sent to the customer via email. Returns and Right of Withdrawal The buyer may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Dispute Resolution The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. 📄 2. Return and Withdrawal Policy (Refund & Return Policy) Return Period Customers may request a refund within 14 days of product delivery. Return Terms The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted for personalized orders. Return Process For a return request, please contact our customer support team (info@desigualdad.design). Approved returns will be refunded to the customer's prepaid card account within 7 business days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 📄 3.
