Order and Payment The buyer adds the selected products to their cart and pays by credit/debit card at checkout. Payment is processed securely through the PayTR platform. Payment must be confirmed for the order to be processed. Delivery Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days following payment confirmation. The average delivery time is 7-14 days for international deliveries and 2-5 days for domestic deliveries. Cargo tracking information is sent to the customer via email. Returns and Right of Withdrawal The buyer may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders.
