Payment must be confirmed for the order to be processed. Delivery Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days following payment confirmation. The average delivery time is 7-14 days for international deliveries and 2-5 days for domestic deliveries. Cargo tracking information is sent to the customer via email. Returns and Right of Withdrawal The buyer may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Dispute Resolution The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes.
