Delivery and Return Terms

1. Delivery Process

Your orders will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time:

  • Within Türkiye: 1-3 business days

  • International shipping: 5–15 business days (may vary depending on the country)

Shipping time may vary depending on your country, customs procedures, and the shipping company.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process and displayed on the payment page.

Free shipping may apply during promotional periods.

3. Important Information

  • The recipient is responsible for any delays caused by entering incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Any customs duties and additional charges that may arise from international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delays in the shipping process may be caused by the shipping companies and are not the responsibility of the seller.

4. Return Policy

The buyer may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

The product to be returned:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In resalable condition

5. Non-returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products made to order.

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (earrings, etc.)

  • Used or damaged products

Once your request is approved, the product needs to be shipped to us.

Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected, and if found to be suitable, the return process will be initiated.

7. Return Shipping Fee

  • If the product is faulty or defective, the return shipping cost will be borne by the seller.

  • In other return situations, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Damaged Products

When your order arrives, it is recommended that you check the package before accepting delivery.

In case of damaged products, you must contact us immediately.

All products on our website are handmade.
Therefore, slight variations are possible, and this is part of the uniqueness of the product.

Each product is carefully prepared to order. Therefore, delivery time may vary depending on the product's preparation process.

📄 1. Sales Agreement (Terms & Conditions) Parties This agreement is concluded between www.desigualdad.design ("Seller") and the customer who places an order through the website ("Buyer"). Subject This agreement governs the terms and conditions for the sale of handmade jewelry and accessories. Order and Payment The buyer adds the selected products to their cart and pays by credit/debit card at checkout. Payment is processed securely through the PayTR platform. Payment must be confirmed for the order to be processed. Delivery Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days following payment confirmation. The average delivery time is 7-14 days for international deliveries and 2-5 days for domestic deliveries. Cargo tracking information is sent to the customer via email. Returns and Right of Withdrawal The buyer may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Dispute Resolution The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes.
